Click on the appropriate button below - NO EXAM if your class does not give a final exam; NO GW/EOC if your class does not give a gateway/end of course exam; WITH GW/EOC if your class has a gateway or end of course exam grade; QTR CLASSES if you teach a class that ends after a quarter.  When you click the button, you will be given the choice to OPEN or SAVE the file.  You should SAVE the file to your local computer, renaming it with your name or something you will remember so you can retrieve it later.  Once it is saved to the local computer, you can exit the internet and work on the file locally, save it to disk, and print out the final results.  These spreadsheets calculate the (final grade) FG average that needs to be entered into grade portal.  The student's GPA is calculated using the Final Grade (FG) average.   The credit for the class is given based on the FG (Final Grade) average.  Please note that you must have Microsoft Excel on the computer to be able to use these spreadsheets.
